Background comprises 42 years of active practice in the field of Civil Works Design
of infrastructures such as school grounds, roads, storm drain systems, sanitary sewers
systems and water supply systems; extensive exposures in the Development Planning of
major Industrial, Commercial, Residential, and School sites. Structural Design of low
to medium rise buildings. Experience also includes construction supervision and
management, specifications writing, bid documentation, quantity and cost estimating,
drafting; and coordination with government agencies, utility companies, engineers,
architects and contractors.

TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (LACMTA). P.A. Arca Engineering, Inc. is also certified as

Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) Regulation 49 CFR Part 26, as amended, and

personnel within the company, thus utilizing a wide ranging personnel base at little
cost to the project.
Our project managers are supported by a centralized computer accounting system and
adequate financial resources to carry out contracts. P. A. ARCA ENGINEERING, INC.
accounting system accurately tracks services and reports costs, based on appropriate
unit costs, in sufficient detail to reflect the direct and indirect costs incurred
on the project.
